Founded in 2008 by Glenn Hanson, Colony Hills Capital is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, ownership, and management of value-add multifamily apartment properties.

We specialize in Class B through A- real estate. These are multifamily properties that may be mismanaged or are underperforming and undervalued. Thanks to our extensive network, we find the best opportunities in the United States and turn them around for our investors.
